A consistency pass across the staff app: menus, lists, controls, colors and feedback now look and behave the same everywhere.
- Cards, menus, popovers and in-place editors share one surface style and open the same way across the app.
- Hover, keyboard focus and selected states use the same quiet highlight in every list, field and menu.
- Search, filters and sorting work the same in every list, and search matches are highlighted consistently.
- Saving, loading, errors and undo give the same feedback everywhere, and keyboard hints match the command search.
- Dates, names and icons are presented consistently, and patient appointment text uses title case.
