Messages is rebuilt around patient conversations with voice messages and attachments, Tasks becomes a practice task manager, and adding a patient now offers their portal invitation right away.
- Every conversation in Messages belongs to a patient, with a redesigned list, conversation view, patient panel and a new message form built around one To field.
- Conversations can include providers and staff, and both staff and patients see who joined or was added.
- Record voice messages and send files from the composer, and play voice and file attachments in both staff and patient conversations.
- The composer adds a send menu, dot phrases and portal links, and scheduled messages go out in the patient's time zone.
- Search messages by word or find text within a conversation; pins and hidden conversations are personal to each staff member, and reactions sit on the corner of each message.
- Tasks is rebuilt as a practice task manager, practice management and content libraries are reorganized, and adding a patient ends with a summary that offers their portal invitation.
